Birthright Kapiti Trust

We are dedicated to supporting one-parent families on the Kapiti Coast (from Paekākāriki to Peka Peka), whose youngest child is under the age of 16 and who choose to engage with our services. Our team includes a social worker and a whanau worker, who work alongside families in a non-judgmental, holistic way. We take a "hand up" approach rather than a "hand out" approach, fostering empowerment and growth. Believing that it takes a village to raise a child, we strive to ensure that everyone in our village—parents and children alike—are happy, safe, secure, and resilient.
