Biome Trust Aotearoa

(a) To advance environmental conservation, education, and public health for the benefit of the public of Aotearoa New Zealand, and other jurisdictions, while upholding the dual heritage of the partners of Te Tiriti o Waitangi (the Treaty of Waitangi).

(b) To make grants or funding to other ecological, education and health projects administered by any other charitable trust.

(c) Other Charitable Purposes.

(d) Any such other things that, in the opinion of the Trustee/s may be necessary or desirable in the attainment of the Purposes of the Trust.
