The studios are currently being used for the tuition of singing groups. the tuition of and utilisation by contemporary musical groups for practice and the promotion of music through RDU radio station, Canterbury University and the ARA Jazz School. In addition the studios may be used for recreational and amusement activities that in anyway benefit the local community.
