The purpose is to advance Education by: a) Providing courses, workshops, seminars and ongoing classes (at Bayyoga Studio and online) promoting and teaching of Yoga as a vehicle to manage stress and encourage better mental health; b) By advancing the education of students attending Bayyoga, by providing books, equipment and educational aids. c) Researching on Yoga, meditation and Ancient Indian scripture and philosophy, to establish a university of Yoga in the long run.
