Balmoral Recreation Area Charitable Trust

To maintain the Balmoral Recreation Area for the public benefit for the following:- a) To enable the existing facilities to be retained and used by the whole community. b) To be used as a camping and picnic area with fees kept to a minimum. c) To be used for local recreation. d) To improve upon, with the planting of trees and any other improvements that the committee and campers deem necessary.
