To guide & co-ordinate community activities within the Avon Loop, Christchurch, which is bounded by Kilmore St East and Oxford Terrace between Madras St & Fitzgerald Ave.. To promote the well-being of residents & members and to encourage a friendly community, without discrimination. To administer the Community Cottage. To preserve & enhance the physical environment & special characteristics of the Avon Loop, by assisitng in the redevelopment and/or restoration of the area.
