The balance of rental & property sale proceeds are donated to Westchurch (religious activities) Pathway Trust (prisoner rehabilitation), One Mission Society, Bible Society New Zealand, NVager (Child Slavery and prostitution in THAILAND), TEAR fund (micro enterprises) plus sundry.
