The Centre is established and maintained exclusively for charitable purposes (including any purposes ancillary to those charitable purposes), namely: • advancing education by maintaining and disseminating information and records pertaining to design of the build environment. • benefiting the community by enriching professional and public discourse/ knowledge/ outcomes in architecture and urban design by highlighting/ proposing/ challenging that which is important, within the built environment Any income, benefit, or advantage must be used to advance the charitable purposes of the Centre
