Albany Community Action Trust was established in 2002 with the main purpose of seeking to meet the social, emotional, physical, spiritual, and educational needs of the people in the local community of Albany. Vision: To empower youth, children, and families in our community to thrive and succeed. Mission: Albany Community Action Trust is dedicated to providing support, resources, and opportunities for children, youth and families, ensuring their self-empowerment, well-being and fostering a strong, resilient community.
