The Fund aims to financially assist people who desire to improve their knowledge of management and management skills. Beneficiaries should preferably, but not necessarily, be between 23 and 35 years of age. They must demonstrate a practical management ability and the potential to benefit from further management education. They must have had some work experience and currently be employed in the Canterbury area. On selection Trustees will take into account the financial resources available to any person whom they are considering for selection and shall give preference to those persons who do not have adequate funds available to them from any other source to enable them to complete a full or part-time course of tertiary study.
