Youth Hubs

5.1. The Charity’s Objects are to promote the following purposes for the benefit of the public: to advance education and to advance community development by providing youth services and related activities to persons aged 9-25 (the “Beneficiaries”) and in particular: 5.1.1. To provide the Beneficiaries with a community space and youth programmes where they feel safe and to provide a sense of belonging and to carry out the youth services; 5.1.2. To develop ‘Youth Hubs’ which will include groups of young people who will represent the voices and needs of young people within that community; and 5.1.3. Such other exclusively charitable purpose according to the law of Northern Ireland as the Trustees may from time to time decide. Nothing in the Articles shall authorise an application of the property of the Charity for purposes which are not charitable in accordance with s.2 of the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008.
