Your Community Health and Wellbeing

Your Community is set up to provide a locally based structure for continual improvement in the health and wellbeing of local communities across London. This will be achieved by supporting the provision of targeted healthcare services; improving self-care through education; and relieving the pressures of unemployment through training and by the creation of local employment opportunities.
