Young Movers

4.1 To establish and manage YouthBanks for the benefit of young people living in the socially and economically disadvantaged communities with Glasgow 4.2 To advance the education of young people in the operating area through volunteering and the promotion of social responsibility and active citizenship. 4.3 To promote, establish, operate and /or support schemes and project of a similar nature for the benefit of communities within the operating area.
