1 The company shall operate for the public benefit in pursuance of the charitable purpose to advance environmental protection or improvement, in particular by the creation or conservation of natural habitat, in any part of the world, where there are opportunities for environmental protection or improvement benefiting the environment in general and/or specific flora and fauna, in particular by planting and/or maintaining trees or by providing funding to other charitable organisations to carry out conservation projects.
