The advancement of education for the public benefit of minority ethnic women in Scotland through mentoring, training, learning, leadership development and capacity-building opportunities. 4.3. The advancement of citizenship and community development for the public benefit of minority ethnic women in Scotland through networking, forums, community engagement, and support for participation in civic, social, cultural and community life, including leadership and decision-making. and 4.4. The relief of those in need by reason of disadvantage, being minority ethnic women in Scotland, through guidance, advocacy, peer support, signposting, referral and access to support.
