a. to advance community development, by promoting the Social Enterprise sector and the effectiveness and efficiency of organisations working within it, and to provide opportunities for social enterprises to grow their businesses, providing support to enterprising third sector organisations or individuals who are working to develop social enterprises. b. to advance education by providing opportunities for social enterprises to learn how to run their businesses better including - but without limitation - by facilitating action learning and the exchange of information and other stakeholders to advance the awareness of social enterprise development.
