(4.1) Provide opportunities for underrepresented members of the community to participate in the visual, performing, and written arts. (4.2) Provide opportunities for individuals to create, develop, and produce new pieces of work within the visual, performing, and written arts. (4.3) Develop a network of creatives to support each other, share skills and promote work within the visual, performing, and written arts. (4.4) Support the development of live performances and onward national and international touring. (4.5) Support the development of new and original works within the visual, performing, and written arts. (4.6) Support underrepresented communities develop their abilities, skills, confidence, and knowledge in relation to the visual, performing, and written arts. (4.7) To encourage and advance education within the performing arts, supporting underrepresented communities access programmes, resources, and networks.
