To relieve the homeless and those in financial need living in the Medway area, Kent Gillingham and Rochester Upon Medway, by the provision of food and other provisions as the trustees in their absolute discretion think fit, and the giving of financial and other assistance to voluntary organizations and individuals carrying out charitable purposes for the benefit of the homeless and needy.
