4 The organisation’s purposes are: (a) The advancement of health and wellbeing, particularly among elderly Chinese people in the West of Scotland, through health education, prevention, and community-based support. (b) The promotion of equality and diversity by improving access to services, promoting inclusion, and fostering cultural understanding within the wider community. (c) The relief of those in need by reason of age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship, or other disadvantage, through the provision of advice, advocacy, and practical assistance.
