Objectives 4 The Club will operate as a non-profit distributing Charity whose principal objectives are: - 4.1 the advancement of public participation in Bowls as a sport. 4.2 to provide bowls related recreational facilities and/or organise recreational activities, available to members with the object of improving their conditions of life. 4.3 to promote, establish, operate and/or support other schemes and projects with wholly charitable purposes for the benefit of the Community. 4.4 provide coaching and instruction as necessary. 4.5 to foster relationships with other outdoor bowling Clubs. 4.6 any other purpose that may reasonably be regarded as analogous to any of the preceding purposes. 5 In furtherance of these objectives the Club shall affiliate to appropriate organisations, (clause 7.9) and organise games and competitions on behalf of the members.
