4 The organisation’s purposes are: 4.1 to advance public participation in table tennis in West Lothian, increasing access to table tennis and encouraging and facilitating coaching programmes in table tennis for both children and adults. and 4.2 to advance community development through working with a range of local organisations, encouraging different groups to collaborate and maximise the involvement of local people in the development of the sporting facilities, in support of clause 4.1.
