To promote the conservation of the architectural and environmental heritage of the Grade 'A' listed Walmer Crescent and the surrounding Conservation Area, including the sustainable imrovement of the built and natural environment (b) To create a safe, healthy and attractive environment which provides a focal point for the regeneration of the wider area (c) To promote communication, participation and co-operation whithin the broad community.
