Voxter Centre Trust

The Trustees shall hold the Trust Fund and the income thereof to pay, apply or lend the same in their absolute discretion to or in furtherance of any of the following objects:- (a) in carrying on and supporting an outdoor centre at Voxter, Shetland, in the interest of social welfare, the facilities of which shall be available to the public at large and where will be provided residential facilities andlor facilities for recreation or other leisure time occupation. (b) for such other purpose or purposes charitable in law as the Trustees shall from time to time determine. Declaring that any loans aforesaid may be with or without security and upon such reasonable terms as to interest and repayment as the Trustees think fit.
