The Company's objects ("Objects") are for the public benefit of the inhabitants in the Armagh area of Northern Ireland primarily, but also in any part of the world (the "area of benefit") and are restricted to the following: (a) To alleviate poverty through the provision of furniture, food and clothing to those most vulnerable in our society. (i) Through a model of relationship building we endeavour to improve capacity, enhance employability, provide opportunity for volunteering and further training while journeying with those in need in order to assist them to achieve stability in their life. (ii) To work with relevant agencies in order to positively impact the community, by tackling homelessness and provide safe space and assistance to those affected. Offering emergency accommodation to those in need when possible. Ultimately, we want to be the fourth emergency service. (b) To advance community development and citizenship through: (i) A continuation of relationship building within the community, seeking to connect cultures and strengthen family units by building strong links and creating opportunities for connection. and (c) to advance any other exclusively charitable purpose as the directors may from time to time decide in accordance with the law of charity.
