The objects of the CIO are, for the public benefit, a. the prevention or relief of poverty. b. the relief of unemployment for the public benefit in such ways as may be fit, including assistance to find employment. in particular but not exclusively by supporting ex-forces, individuals with convictions, unemployed, people on a low income (less than £18,000 per annum), who require assistance in gaining HGV licences and support into paid employment.
