(FIRST) For payment out of income or capital as the Trustees may decide of the expenses of setting up and administering the Trust hereby created. (SECOND) For payment of all taxation and duties of every kind which may be chargeable at any time against or on respect of the capital or income of the Trust Fund or any part thereof, and for which the Trustees may be or may become liable. (THIRD) For payment of the free annual income of the Trust Fund for such purposes as the law shall from time to time regard as charitable within the meaning of Section 505 of the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1988 or any Act amending or replacing the same.
