The objects for which the Company is established is the advancement of education and the advancement of citizenship or community development in Scotland by the establishment and management of a range of quality services providing bespoke continuous care and support (including without prejudice to the foregoing generality the provision of accommodation or overnight/residential care away from home) for vulnerable children and young people up to the age of 25 years and by the establishment of care, support and learning services for children, young people and their families.
