The organisation’s purposes are: For the benefit of the public, a) To advance health and relieve sickness, in particular mental and emotional health and wellbeing, by providing accessible, confidential, and inclusive complementary mental health support to individuals, couples, families, and groups experiencing mild to moderate mental or emotional difficulties. b) To relieve those in need by reason of mental ill-health, emotional distress, or social circumstances, by offering safe, supportive spaces where beneficiaries can explore feelings, develop coping strategies, set personal goals, and make positive and sustainable changes to improve their mental wellbeing and quality of life.
