To advance education and to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation and other leisure time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life of the inhabitants of the community from Conaglen to Drumsally. In furtherance of these objects to establish maintain and manage a Village Hall, in co-operation with the local authority and its successors in office and other community associations and relevant agencies in the area.
