The objects of the SCIO are to promote, advance and further charitable purposes by providing and maintaining facilities to showcase art in all its forms. Including, but not limited to, providing a platform for individuals who typically lack opportunities to express their artistic ideas. 7.2 In particular for the purposes of the 2005 Act the charitable purposes identified as applicable from section 7 of the 2005 Act are:- 7.2.1 the advancement of arts, heritage or culture. and 7.2.2 the advancement of education.
