For payment or application of the whole free income (or even the capital) of the Trust Fund in the Trustees' charge for such charitable purposes as they in their uncontrolled discretion shall think fit including, without prejudice to the foregoing generality and without restricting the Trustees in any way in the exercise of their discretionary powers, but by way of a guide to the Trustees, the advancement of health, medical welfare and medical research, the assistance of disabled people, the advancement of animal welfare and all related activities which the Trustees consider appropriately directed to this object
