The objects of the Trust shall be in respect of the advancement of health, the advancement of arts heritage, culture and science and the relief of those in need by reason of age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage for the beneficial interest of the community by the acquisition of such land or lands as may be necessary in which persons may be interred. the acquisition of such land or lands as may be necessary for access to such burial places. the acquisition of such land or lands as may be necessary for the parking of vehicles which pertain to such burials and all and the whole for such burials within the community of Tolsta in the Parish of Stornoway in the Western Isles and such other item or items which within the broad spectrum relates to the burial of persons from and pertaining to the foregoing community.
