The Organisation has been formed for the public benefit of the Community of Scotland (“the geographic area of benefit”), with the Purposes listed in Clause 5 below (“the Purposes”), to be exercised following the principles of sustainable development (where sustainable development means development which meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs). The Organisation’s main purpose is consistent with furthering the achievement of sustainable development. The Organisation’s Purposes are: The Advancement of Health The relief of those in need by way of age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage. In furtherance of these purposes we will establish and operate a respite premises designed to support carers and families of children with complex needs and disabilities, providing a safe and restorative environment that promotes health, wellbeing, and social connection.
