To relieve those in need by reason of age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage, particularly through supporting projects working towards this aim within the Community. 6. To advance environmental protection or improvement. 7. To advance citizenship and/or community development within the Community. and 8. To promote, establish, operate and/or support other similar schemes which are in furtherance of charitable 'purposes for the benefit of the Community.
