4.1 The charity will operate as non-profit distributing whoseprincipal objective is associating with voluntaryorganisations, the local authority and inhabitants in acommon effort to advance education and the provision of, oraccess to, recreational facilities and activities with the objectof improving conditions of life for the persons for whom thefacilities and activities are primarily intended and:- 4.2 to manage Tayside Institute Community Centre as a resourcefor the use and benefit of the community of Newburgh, Abdieand Dunbog, Fife and their local environs and surroundingarea. 4.3 the advancement of citizenship and communitydevelopment by providing opportunities for all members ofthe community to participate in recreational activity in theinterests of social welfare.
