The Company is established for the promotion of charitable objects only and shall operate for the public benefit in pursuance of the following charitable purposes or objects: to relieve those in need by reason of age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage, including those who are or have been the victims of trauma and their families. to provide recreational facilities or the organisation of recreational activities, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom the facilities or activities are primarily intended. and to advance public education and awareness in relation to issues relating to the victims of trauma and their families and promote training to promote skills as will assist victims obtaining paid employment.
