The Dick Fund Trustees to be Trustees for the purpose of holding the said balance, paid to the said William Harry Melven and the said Ministers and the acceptors or acceptor of them, as before provided as a Fund for the purpose hereinafter mentioned. And I direct the Dick Fund Trustees at each Christmas Season to divide the free annual income of the investments held by them, as the Dick Fund Trustees among such members, male and female, of said Churches as are over sixty years of age, and are, in the opinion of the Dick Fund Trustees, poor and deserving of assistance, and that, in such proportions as the Dick Fund Trustees (who shall be the sole judges thereof) may consider right and proper.
