The said subjects and the building erected or to be erected thereon (thereinafter referred to as thetrust subjects) are dedicated and shall be held by us and our successors as Trustees in all time coming for the purposes of a village hall for the use of the inhabitants of the Parish of Hobkirk and evirons without distinction of political, religious and other opinions, including use for meetings, lectures and classes, and for other forms of recreation and leisure time occupation, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants
