4 The organisation is established for charitable purposes only, and in particular, the objects are: 4.1 to advance the arts, heritage and culture through the promotion of professional performances of instrumental music, with an emphasis on music composed since 1900. 4.2 to advance education in the area of arts and culture by providing opportunities for professional, student and amateur musicians to enhance their skills and to take part in the commissioning and development of new musical works. and 4.3 to advance public access and engagement with instrumental musical performance - both existing works and new commissions.
