The Charity’s Objects are to promote the following purposes for the public benefit: The relief of poverty, the advancement of education, the advancement of religion, and assisting those in need by reason of youth, age, ill health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage, whether in Northern Ireland or elsewhere. Nothing in this deed shall authorise the application of property of the Charity for objects which are not charitable under the Applicable Charities Legislation. The Trustees shall, as and when they, in their absolute discretion, think fit, use the whole or any part of the income of the Fund in promoting the Objects.
