To support young people who are coming to the end of their high school education, principally but not exclusively in Fife, who are at risk of experiencing difficulty in accessing employment opportunities. To provide practical and financial support to young people, as defined above, during the transition from secondary education into apprenticeships, further education and employment. To remove barriers to securing positive destinations, training opportunities and employment outcomes and providing opportunity to empower young individuals. To enable and encourage young people to reach their full potential, irrespective of barriers placed in their paths. To raise and maintain awareness of the issues around youth employability in the region and encourage participation of schools and employers in addressing these issues.
