The relief of those in need by reason of age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage specifically through the provision of high-quality sleeping coats and other outdoor garments, free of charge for the benefit of individuals experiencing homelessness and/or rough sleeping. 2. The promotion of equality and diversity, specifically through awareness raising in schools and other organisations of the issue of homelessness and rough sleeping and by promoting equality for homeless and/or rough sleepers.
