For payment or application of the income of the Trust Fund or such pan of it as the Trustees shall from time to time in their sole discretion decide and for payment or application of the capital of the Trust Fund or such part of it as the Trustees shall from time to time in their sole discretion decide (all whether in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland or elsewhere in the world) to or for the following charitable purposes: (a) the saving of lives. (b) the advancement of animal welfare. (c) the advancement of health. (d) the relief of those in need by reason of age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage. and (e) such other purposes, organisations or schemes as are charitable not falling under any of the preceding heads that may reasonably be regarded as similar to any of the preceding charitable purposes all with particular focus on, although not exclusively, supporting the Dundee branch of the Royal National Lifeboat Institution (registered charity number 209603), of West Quay Road, Poole, Dorset, BH15 lHz, the Tayside Mountain Rescue Team, of Twelve Hazel Avenue , Dundee, DD2 1QD and the Dundee branch of the Scottish Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (registered charity number SC20 1401), of Braehead Mains , Six hundred and three Queensferry Road, Edinburgh, EH4 6EA in such manner and in such shares and proportions and at such times as the Trustees shall in their sole discretion from time to time decide.
