The beneficiary shall be Greyfriars Tolbooth and Highland Kirk or whatever Church or other Body is the owner of The Peter Collins Organ presently in situ in Greyfriars Church the selection of the beneficiary being at the sole discretion and determination of the Trustee (s) The Trustee(s) shall arrange 1). for the promotion on an annual or bi-annual basis or at such other times as they in their sole discretion shall see fit of professional classical music concerts to be held within Greyfriars Kirk or such other place where The Peter Collins Organ may be placed, 2) for the maintenance and improvement of the organ itself and 3) in the event of the organ ceasing to remain in Greyfriars Kirk and being moved elsewhere for payment for, or towards moving expenses.
