a) The organisation would seek to promote the care and informal education of school age children in the Kirkcaldy area who are in need of care during out of school hours. b) The organisation would also seek to provide or assist in the provision of facilities in the interests of social welfare in respect of the recreation and leisure time occupations with the object of improving the quality of life for those involved. c) The organisation would by its function provide recreational facilities with the object of improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom the facilities or activities are primarily intended and in particular elderly or disabled members of the community by providing lunchtime activities such as a lunch club and other activities as the organisation considers appropriate.
