(a) To relieve persons in Ecuador who are in conditions of financial hardship (particularly but not exclusively children and their families) or who are aged or sick by making grants of money or providing access to food, shelter, goods or services. (b) To advance education in Ecuador by such means as the Trustees may consider appropriate including the provision of education, materials and facilities or the funding of new enlarged or improved educational establishments, or the provision of financial or other assistance and support to persons in Ecuador in the establishment and operation of any educational establishment or establishments in Ecuador.
