and LASTLY I direct my Trustees to realise the residue of my means and estate and hold it in Trust and to apply the income arising therefrom in the proportions they so determine in their sole judgement for the benefit of the following charities: The British Heart Foundation, Forty five A Moray Place, Edinburgh. The Royal National Lifeboat Institution, Bellevue House, Hopetoun Street, Edinburgh and The Cancer Research Campaign Two hundred and twenty six Queensferry Road, Edinburgh, the said Trust to be known as The Marion B Anderson Trust, and in the event that any of these charities should cease to exist the I direct my Trustees to apply the said income in the same way to the benefit of a similar registered charity. and while I leave with my Trustees complete discretion as to when and how much of - - the said income should be applied to each chari,ty, I express the wish that the income should be used for the benefit of people living in the Edinburgh and Lothians area.
