To provide relief to Court users using the Edinburgh Sheriff and Justice of the Peace Courts (the ?users?) by: Supporting those finding the experience of using the Edinburgh Sheriff and Justice of the Peace Courts (the ?users?) difficult and confusing by having a knowledge of the court processes and guiding, directing and signposting users appropriately. Relieving Court users? stress and anxiety by listening to them allowing them to express their feelings without judgement. Giving support to those Court users disadvantaged by circumstances by treating all users with dignity and respect.
