The Trustees shall hold the Trust Fund and the income thereof and shall from time to time make such payments out of income and also if they shall think fit out of capital to or for the benefit of such members of the discretionary class as hereinafter defined as the Trustees in their absolute, final and uncontrolled discretion may select for the purpose of assisting in the education or further education at secondary, grammar or high schools or at universities or technical colleges of such persons or for the serving of professional or trade apprenticeships and study for professional or trade examinations by such persons or otherwise for such educational purposes deemed by them to be for the benefit of any person or persons being members of the discretionary class as the Trustees shall, without any restriction whatsoever, think fit.
