4. The charity is established to assist individuals in poverty or at risk of poverty, or who are in need by reason of age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage ('qualifying beneficiaries'). 5. Without prejudice to the generality of clause 4, the charity may, amongst others, seek: 5.1 to provide grants or loans or such other assistance to qualifying beneficiaries as the trustees consider fit. and 5.2 to support other organisations working to support qualifying beneficiaries.
